It seems incredible, but two years have already passed since, on November 19, 2021, the XMT token was deployed on the ETH Mainnet and the journey for the development of MetalSwap began. Last year's birthday was epic and we celebrated it with a Live session of over an hour summarizing the progress of the project's first year and we also launched the first MetalSwap Smart Pool.

MetalSwap latest Updates

We approach this special event with many updates that have been achieved in recent weeks and will see practical implementations shortly. The MIP-5 proposing the release of hedging contracts on the Linea blockchain, a leading layer 2 in zero knowledge technology, has successfully passed and now the team is focusing its efforts on the official release.

In recent weeks, two TempCheck on SnapShot regarding liquidity management on this new blockchain have also been completed.
