For those unfamiliar with the term, a Hackathon is a time-bound event where developers collaborate on software projects. The objective is to produce functional software or hardware solutions within the allocated time, in this case, six hours.

Participation Guidelines

1. Registration: Complete MetalSwap's Hackathon Subscription Form to secure your participation.
   Please note that seating is limited and the deadline for submitting the form is september 3 11:59 pm CET. You'll get a confirmation e-mail after that date.
   
2. Preparation: Acquaint yourself with MetalSwap's smart contracts and platform features.
3. Check-in: Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event for registration and setup.

Deadline: The last date for submitting the Subscription Form is September 3rd, 2023.

Special Incentive

All teams selected for the MetalSwap Hackathon will receive complimentary basic tickets to Lugano's NFT Fest, providing an opportunity for broader engagement with the NFT and cryptocurrency communities and team members.

Hackathon Rules

1. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct.
2. Ownership: All code developed during the Hackathon will be open-source.
3. Judging Criteria: Projects will be assessed based on functionality, creativity, usability, and alignment with MetalSwap's objectives.
4. Submission: All projects must be submitted by the end of the Hackathon for evaluation.

The Challenge

Prize Distribution

The winning team will be awarded 5,000 USDT, to be distributed within 30 days following completion of AML documentation.
